The control panel for hydrothermal processing

The hydrothermal processing (subcritical) equipment corresponds to the first class pressure vessel in Japan.
Since high-pressure and high-temperature steam is handled, we have made full automatic operation possible by utilizing past know-how so that there is no problem in safety.
There is no need for labor to open and close the valve.

The picture shows 2 sets of 15m3 equipment doing interlocking operation. The panel controls and monitors 2 systems’process lines.
After the initial setting operation completed, there would be no manual operation, you can operate the process easily.

Since it is multilingual so that it can be used in major countries around the world, you can switch between languages with a touch.

You can set input quantity of raw materials, processing temperature, processing time, the stirring speed and so on to realize optimal control for multiple purposes.
(We have prepared the program with more than 100 patterns)

Various data are recorded at any time.

By graphing, it is possible to predict the failure of the equipment in advance. Besides, it helps to investigate the cause when an actual failure occurs.
Depending on the customer's request, remote monitoring and operating are also supported, so centralized management of multiple plants is possible.
